iCoupons creates a web portal of coupons for visitors to clip, manage and print their discount coupons from one location. The coupons can be supplied by vendors/ business owners who list and promote their businesses on the portal for a fee set by the administrator. iCoupons can also be used to sort and list the different promotions in various departments of any store. This application is permission driven and secures different areas of the portal. There are 3 basic users of the application. -The administrator who owns the application and sets it up on a web server. -The business owners or vendors who pay a fee to list their businesses (fee is setup by admin and can include free trial periods) -The general public who visit the site to clip and print coupons.
